TITAN deliver a special model ArcticStore with 2 machines for the new polar ship
Construction is progressing on the RRS Sir David Attenborough – one of the most advanced polar research vessels in the world. For clean & hygienic refrigerated storage the best option was a purpose built ArctcStore from TITAN.
From 2019 onwards scientists researching oceans, ice and atmosphere will have access to state-of-the-art facilities on this floating multi-disciplinary research platform. These will include the precise, accurate and reliable temperature control as well as the great user friendly benefits delivered by ArcticStores. .
TITAN have previously supplied containers for use on Antarctica. We attach a remarkable photo where the ship lifts off to a sledge on the ice. We even supplied a diesel generator to permit running in even more remote areas!
