New IT Platform from January 2018
Effective from the 1st January 2018 we will be radically improving our financial and operating IT platform. This represents a major IT investment for TITAN and when fully implemented the new platform will deliver vastly improved levels of service to suppliers and customers alike.
Customers
In order to facilitate this implementation we will be issuing December rental invoices before the end of the month. Invoices will still be dated the 31st December 2017. As there are normally very few container activities between Christmas and the New Year we do not believe this will have any noticeable impact on the accuracy of the invoicing. Any improperly charged rental days in December will automatically be credited in January 2018.
Whilst we will naturally be looking for a perfect launch the project includes all aspects of our interface with you and we apologise in advance in the event of any imperfections and delays during implementation.
Suppliers
Please be informed we expect some disruption to recording invoices received around the year end and particularly during the period 3rd to 10th January 2018.
Whilst we will endeavour to operate as normal as possible during the implementation period we also expect some short term irregularities with respect to supplier invoices and payments during early January. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Whilst we have scheduled the majority of the work for outside of normal business hours some interference is unavoidable though we anticipate that any disruption will be minimal. As the project encompasses our entire platform with the exception of email correspondence we ask for your understanding and patience.
