During the first 20 days of 2014 Star Service has tripled orders for medium/long-term hire compared to the same period of the previous year. Tuscany, Lombardia and Veneto are the areas where new 20' Arctic Store reefers have already been delivered; in the next days additional units to Piemonte and Abruzzo are also scheduled for delivery.
More and more companies of the food and beverage industry and transport companies are starting to pay more attention to this new generation of refrigerated Arctic Store cold storage containers, which can operate with "extreme" temperatures (down to -40°C). The highly reliable and powerful engine of the THERMO KING Magnum Plus provides a high performance with an extremely low power consumption.
Furthermore, in order to meet the demand of their customers needs, Star Service provides important accessories, such as aluminium “legs” (built according to the height of the warehouse shutters doors) on which to place the ArcticStore, digital card to download operating data engine, SIM card - to transmit in real time to smartphone and tablet and info about minimum or maximum temperature setpoints. All of this in addition to transport service with crane truck, unloading and positioning (even inside buildings).
