A small part of the existing TITAN office has been removed to make way for the additional office space.
As SPACE4PEOPLE (S4P) modules are self supporting only point foundations (at each corner) are required saving the expense and CO² emmissions from the more normal concrete platform.
The bottom containers are locked to the point foundations and the first and second floor containers are all locked to each other using standard container locks.The design includes extra posts and corner castings to accomodate securing the top container and the roof garden deck.
These S4P containers include all the apertures for doors, windows and ventilation as well as connecting to the existing office. Further, fire retardent paint is used on construction integrity components. Internal floors are prepared for under-floor central heating and office power supply.
The design is fully complient with Danish building code as a permanent construction.
This new office SPACE4PEOPLE will be connected to the existing building. The entire building will be clad with external insulation panels.
