TITAN continue to expand the self storage business in Europe and New Zealand. These 4 new sites will bring TITAN to 28 sites. With 4 additional sites only pending contract this will take TITAN past the 2017 target of 30 sites.
The Orléans site is ideally situated in Orléans - Saran and will include container and MultiStore self storage rooms from 3m2 to 25m2. Our office will relocate to the site when open and there will also be a small container storage facility. Local delivery of rental and sale containers will make TITAN super competitive.
This will be TITAN's second self storage site in Hull. Located adjacent to the dock area in East Hull this new site will supplement our existng site in west/central Hull just off Hessle Road. This site will be redeveloped with improved customer access to self storage containers and new MultiStore storage from later this year. The new Earls Road site will be home to TITAN Container Transport and will also be TITAN containers storage and repair facility.
Groundworks on the new Dublin site are also due to be completed next month. Located in NW Dublin this is a prime site for small businesses and private looking for affordable and reliable self storage in and around Dublin.
In New Zealand ground improvements are due to be completed in Sep/Oct and Christchurch will be TITAN's second facility in NZ.
