AB Containers Limited & AB Lift Transport Limited join TITAN Containers in a 100% share acquistion.
TITAN further strengthen its' UK container services with the acquistion of Hull based AB Containers Ltd and AB Lift and Transport.
Layland Barker, MD of TITAN Containers comments "we are always looking for good opportunities to grow TITAN's business and AB Containers activities dovetail perfectly into our business model for increasing our market share and creating longer term growth in all our business divisions. This acquisition strengthens our self storage division as well as containerrentals and sales in general. There are also good opportunities for TITAN ArcticStore to improve local cold store rentals and we will naturally be looking to maximise the advantages of in house HIAB trucking in and around Humberside. This is the latest in TITAN's UK acquisitions that started in 2008 with ArcticStore and includes Container Exchange (2009) and Boxtainer (2011).
