TITAN EXPANDS IN THE U.K.

Effective 22nd August 2008 TITAN has acquired the container hire activities of CMS-Group under Administration

TITAN Container Udlejning A/S is pleased to confirm the acquisition of CMS group's container rental activities previously trading as CMS ArcticStore.

TITAN will operate the acquisition as ArcticStore, a division of TITAN Container Udlejning A/S.

The majority of the containers are reefers and include many containers modified as user friendly temporary/portable stores.

This acquisition will increase dramatically TITAN's presence in the U.K. hire market.
