Available as 10ft, 20ft and 40ft ArcticStores suit all requirements from small to large

ArcticStores are our standard portable Cold store container.

We offer 3 sizes:

10' x 8' x 8'6" or 3.00 x 2.45 x 2.60
20' x 8' x 8'6" or 6.00 x 2.45 x 2.60
40' x 8' x 8'6"/9'6" or 12.00 x 2.45 x 2.60/2.90

Fitted with 1 hand easy opening and internal release door (or escape hatch in a few) & ramp ArcticStores include internal lighting, man trapped alarm and flat easy to clean floors.

With food grade stainless steel panels ArcticStores are hygenically clean and with TK Magnum plus refrigeration have been certified In line with the EU Guideline of Good Distribution Practices of medical products for human usage (GDP).

Arctic SuperStores Very affordable open plan temperature controlled cold storage

This model is 9 x 40' SuperStores with a floor area of approx. 240m²

When 1 container is not sufficient then Arctic SuperStore is the solution.

Available in 20' and 40' modules SuperStores are purpose built to join together giving open plan storage almist as large as you can imagine.

Fitted with internal release doors & ramps at both ends ArcticBlast includes internal lighting, man trapped alarm and flat easy to clean floors.

SuperStores can also be used for tempering and as HotStores.

UltraFreezers - Ultra Cold storage from -40°C to -65°C

Some products need or at least are best stored at temperatures under -40°C. UltraFreezer has set point as low as -65°C

Arctic UltraFreezers operate at ultra Cold temperatures between -40°C and -65°C

User safety includes internal man trapped alarm. Otherwise aside from special ultra low temperature refrigeration, increased insulation values and alternative interior aluminium side panels the container is similar to a standard reefer container. Fitted with high door handles for user benefit.

Full ISO/CSC containers also suitable for international logistics and shipping.

ArcticBlast Rapid chilling and blast freezing

Currently in use blast freezing fish (including tuna and swordfish), meats, pre-pared meals and thermal retention reservoirs.

ArcticBlasts supply a constant air flow and chilling effect that rapidly chills and where required carries on to freeze the produce to -40°C or where you need it.

3 models:

10' - single machine 15.000 Kcal/hr.
20' - 2 machines 30.000 Kcal/hr
40' - with maximum 5 machines 76.000 kcal/hr

Most efficient power supply 380/440V 3 phase 60HZ. 10% reduced effect when running on 50Hz.

Fitted with internal release doors & ramps at both ends ArcticBlast includes internal lighting, man trapped alarm and flat easy to clean floors.

Arctic UltraBlast For freezing below -40°C

By replacing 2 x Magnum plus with 2 x ultra freezer machines this Arctic UltraBlast will freeze to between minus 40°C and -65°C.

For fast freezing below -40°C we also offer UltraBlast model with Magnum plus on 1 side and Ultra freezing refrigeration on the other. When -40°C is reached 1 set of machines turn off and ultra refigeration takes over. This will improve the freezing time. Available as 10', 20' & 40' with between 2 and 10 machines.

Warm Stores - From simply frost free storage to temperature controlled from 0°C to +30°C

Factory built insulated containers include 50mm mineral wool insulation and internal steel panels for magnet fitting accessories including lighting and heating

Warm stores are normally insulated containers with an electric heat source

Various 10', 20' and 40' models are available subject to specific customer requirements. The simple solution of heater panel(s) will maintain frost free storage in cold climate zones and temperate storage elsewhere.

All ArcticStores can also operate up to +30°C with precise thermostat temperature control that employs heating or cooling as external ambient temperatures demand to maintain the desired temperature set point.

HotStores - heated storage up to 65°C

HotStores are refrigerated containers with heating rather than cooling temperature control

HotStores are suitable for warm and hot storage between +30°C and +65°C

Most models are fitted with easy opening and with internal release doors.

Most HotStores do not offer any refrigeration capabilities.
