No need to compromise and try to work around standard ISO container dimensions. SPACE4PEOPLE container modules come in lengths of up to 40'. Height is only limited by transport restrictions and in most countries 315cm or 10'3" height can be realized. 250cm or 8'2" inside is no problem.
The design is of your choice. Single floor or multiple floors. Internal or external insulation or a mixture. Container look inside or outside or not at all.
