Why do so many people rent high cube containers from TITAN?
A standard shipping container is big, robust and well-suited to international shipping and storage. Sometimes, however, clients want to get even more storage space out of their container.
When you’re looking to rent a container with exactly the same footprint as a standard container but 10% more space, TITAN’s high cube models, available in 10ft, 20ft, and 40ft sizes, are what you need.
They are exactly like a regular shipping container – but they’re taller. And that extra foot of space can make a big difference. For example:
- Stack pallets more easily.
- Increase capacity by 10% when shipping.
- Raise head height to a room-like 2.69m – that’s almost 9ft.
An extra 30cm of height can make a world of difference. When you step inside for the first time, you’ll really notice the extra space.
Specifications
All the safety and security of a standard shipping container
Our high cubes are manufactured to the same specifications as our standard shipping containers – meaning they’re incredibly tough, corrosion-resistant, and feature multiple lashing points for transportation. They are every bit as suited to cargo ships as they are to storing tools in a yard.
The big attraction is their size. Our 20-footer has a capacity of 36.98m3, which means it can take 11 Euro pallets. You can comfortably fit 25 Euro pallets into our 40ft high cube storage container, which has a volume of 75.33m3.
Even our compact 10ft model takes 5 Euro pallets and has a capacity of 17.8m3.
Here are the full external container dimensions (length, width, height):
10 feet high cube container: 2.99m x 2.44m x 2.89m
20 feet high cube container: 6.06m x 2.44m x 2.89m
40 feet high cube container: 12.19m x 2.44m x 2.89m
