For lower energy use, ask us about ArcticStore Horizon, our energy-efficient portable cold room, which features the latest vacuum insulation panels and solar power. Horizon containers have an average energy use that’s 55% lower than traditional reefer containers.

How to prepare your site for delivery
A little planning makes your rental easier from day one. Before delivery, consider where the unit will sit, how staff will load it and how goods will move through your site.
- Choose firm, level ground. A stable position helps with safe access and daily operations.
- Check truck access. Review gates, turns, overhead limits and the route to the final position.
- Plan the working area. Leave room for doors, carts, pallets and regular product movement.
- Think about airflow and sun exposure. Allow air to move around stored goods and find a shaded spot if possible.
